1. Create a new enhanced campaign and decide what you are willing to spend on mobile devices
2. Set up your desktops and tablets bid using the following formula:
Desktop Bid = (Desired Mobile Bid *100)/300
3. Set up your desktop bid and set the mobile bidding at +300%
This will give you the opportunity to limit your visibility on desktop and tablets devices as much as possible. The bid on desktop devices usually needs to be higher than the first page bid for mobile ones in order to let your ads show up. This strategy will limits the clicks coming from mobile devices.
4. Make sure to set up the call extensions to have it appear only with the link to the mobile number and not with the link to the website.
