You can create video advertisements that show up on youtube directly from the same login you use for the search network and the display network. In order to set up video advertisements you need to set up a youtube channels that includes the video you want to promote.
Video ads can be In Stream (playing during other videos), In-Slate (coming in place before a You Tube partner video of 10 minutes or longer and giving you the option to watch one out of 3 ads), In-Search Video Ads (which work similar to ads on Google Search, and are keyword based)., and In-Display video ads (which come into view beside other youtube videos).
